Tunisian activists reject Lebanese government’s move to disarm Hezbollah: 'A betrayal'

Tunisian protesters gathered outside the Lebanese Embassy in Tunis in rejection of Lebanon’s move to disarm Hezbollah.

Protesters described this decision as a betrayal, warning it plays into US and Zionist plans.

"These are the very weapons that protected South Lebanon, that protected the Lebanese people, and that will continue to protect them," Rasheed al-Othmani, Member of the Joint Coordination for Palestine, underscored.
