Neighborhood block parties and free family friendly events will mark National Night Out on Tuesday. All across Metro Baltimore and the country, law enforcement agencies are hosting events to mark the 42nd annual event, which is held on the first Tuesday in August to unite law enforcement agencies with their communities to strengthen relationships.
