Planned construction is set to close Interstate 70 exit ramps at Maryland Route 32 in Howard County starting Wednesday, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Road resurfacing of the exit ramps will start, weather permitting, at 9 p.m. Wednesday with the ramps reopening at 5 a.m. the next morning.
