Teachers and students will soon head back to school, and a Baltimore nonprofit organization is making sure teachers have the supplies they need. Back-to-school time can mean big bucks spent on supplies, especially for teachers. But the nonprofit Scrap B-More upcycles arts and crafts materials and so much more, and it's using the bounty to inspire creativity in the classroom.
