A dirt bike rider was critically injured Sunday night in a hit-and-run in Glen Burnie, police said. Anne Arundel County police said officers were called around 7:15 p.m. to Crain Highway near Main Avenue Southwest. County police said witnesses reported seeing an 18-year-old man riding a Honda 125R dirt bike and weaving through traffic while traveling south on Crain Highway. Police said he then got into a turn lane when a gold or brown/tan-colored minivan, also heading south, made a U-turn and collided with the dirt bike. Police said the minivan then fled without stopping or assisting the young man.
