Police newly released bodycam video of Bryan Kohberger after he was pulled over for speeding. The deputy asked if Kohberger was wearing a seatbelt and Kohberger said he was not and said "just being honest with you." The deputy told Kohberger that he was getting a $10 seatbelt citation. Kohberger then responded by saying "I'm obviously an honest person, right?" Three months later, Kohberger fatally stabbed the four University of Idaho students.
