New video shows the moment Baltimore City Police's helicopter, Foxtrot, landed outside a Baltimore City pool to save a man's life. A 25-year-old man nearly drowned after entering the Walter P. Carter pool after it closed on Saturday. Flight Officer Craig Hoover and Tactical Flight Officer Andre Smith Jr. said patrolling city pools in Foxtrot is part of their daily routine and they see people pool hopping after hours on the daily basis.
