During visit to Key Bridge site, Gov. says every bridge in Maryland is up to code

Gov. Moore said the state has invested billions into bridge protection and maintains that every bridge in the state is up to code. Officials said construction on the new bridge will begin before the original one is completely torn down. Demolition is on schedule and is expected to take nine months, with the new bridge expected to open in fall 2028.
