Tiny Paw Dismembered After Circulation Dies Due To Tragic Fall, Wide-Eyed Kitten Needs URGENT Help
Dani was brought to us after a devastating fall left her back legs limp and unresponsive. It's still unclear if she was a stray or owned by the person who contacted us. But what was clear was that she needed urgent help.
After the fall, something became tightly wrapped around her hind legs, cutting off circulation and killing the nerves and skin. By the time she reached us, her condition was critical. One foot couldn’t be saved and had to be amputated in emergency surgery the night she arrived. We’re now fighting to save the other.
On top of that, X-rays revealed a fractured spine. Dani is currently showing signs of paralysis, but we aren’t giving up. She’s receiving supportive care and we will continue treatment to give her the best chance at a mobile and pain-free life. This brave, wide-eyed kitten has remained calm and trusting through it all, as if she knows we’re doing everything we can for her.
