A third lawsuit was filed against The Park School in Baltimore County over allegations of abuse by a teacher against students. The lawsuit claims school leadership was notified and took little to no action — and in some cases, blamed the students. The newest alias is Jennifer, who joined Jane and Judith in suing The Park School. The three claim negligence on the part of the school to protect themselves from sexual assault.
