A person is in custody after a shooting in Federal Hill left a woman hospitalized, police said. Baltimore police said officers on foot patrol around 12:15 a.m. Sunday heard gunshots in the area of the 1100 block of South Charles Street, where they found a 39-year-old woman on the sidewalk in front of Nobles Bar and Grill. A business owner who asked to remain anonymous told 11 News that a group of people left the area of the Cross Street Market about a half block away and started shooting. Bullets hit at least one parked car and a business window just a few feet from the victim.
