While one Baltimore County councilmember said Khadija Walker's resume seems "impeccable," he and others still aren't sure how they'll vote on her confirmation as the county's inspector general. It comes as Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier announced Thursday that Walker was her pick to hold the post that was previously held by Kelly Madigan.
