A dead fawn that was severely burned was found Thursday morning lying in a Perry Hall street with ropes tied around its neck. Residents along Bangert Avenue in the Forge Heights community told 11 News they are concerned for their safety and the safety of wildlife. Residents said they cut the ropes, called police and took photos of the scene, which they shared with 11 News. Some of the photos are gruesome. Multiple residents told 11 News they're frustrated because their surveillance cameras didn't capture anything.
