A church pastor and former Christian school teacher has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor, according to Anne Arundel County police. County police said the investigation started on May 1, when two parents reported inappropriate sexual behavior by a former teacher toward their child. Police said investigators conducted interviews and collected evidence that led them to identify five reported victims. Working with prosecutors, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for William Auburn Jones, 58, of Gambrills, on charges of sexual abuse of a minor, fourth-degree sexual offense and child abuse. Police said detectives arrested Jones on Friday.
