Baltimore City and Mayor Brandon Scott officially launched the Infrastructure Academy in Park Heights on Thursday. The new training hub is already putting residents and high school students on the path to city jobs. The program is designed to build a pipeline of skilled workers for good-paying city jobs, from auto techs to HVAC and CDL drivers. The goal is to train people where they live and put them to work — fast.
