Investigators arrested a Howard County teenager on Tuesday in connection with the killing of an 18-year-old man in Glen Burnie, according to Anne Arundel County police. Mactouko Ryan Jr., 17, of Elkridge, is charged as an adult on 37 counts, including first-degree murder, in the May 4 robbery and killing of Jonathan Guiliani and the attempted murder of another youth on Aquahart Road. According to court documents obtained by 11 News, Ryan is accused of driving a stolen car to the scene and were captured on video at a car wash in Halethorpe the day before Guiliani's killing.
