Baltimore County teachers will soon vote on a new contract deal negotiated by a mediator. Teachers' union members will be briefed on the proposal on Thursday and start the voting process on Friday. They are angry because the tentative agreement is less than what was originally negotiated. The union is also upset the school system released details publicly after all parties agreed to an embargo until a vote is taken.
