Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough stopped by WBAL Radio on Tuesday to discuss juvenile crime, a new drone program and more. McCullough and his team are unveiling their "Drones as First Responder" program to the community in two weeks. They'll hold public input sessions to get feedback on their plan, which the department hopes to launch soon.
