The man charged in connection with two counts of first-degree murder was ordered to undergo a competency evaluation after his behavior in court on Monday. Kevin Ahn, 31, was arrested in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in April. Police said Ahn drove his dead mother's body to his estranged sister's house.
