‘DUNYA’ is the latest genre-crossing single from Kashmir’s finest - Ahmer, featuring Delhi’s very own, the super talented Pho and the effortlessly skilled music producer & engineer - Arif Mir. Blending the warmth of Kashmiri folk with Hip-Hop energy, the track is a vibrant collaboration. At its heart is a beautiful sample of a classic Kashmiri folk song, sung by the legendary Ghulam Hassan Sofi Sahab, and penned by Rehman Rahi Sahab, one of Kashmir’s most celebrated poets. Their presence in ‘DUNYA’ isn’t just a nod to the past, it’s a tribute to the cultural roots that continue to inspire new sounds.The track urges you to feel again, and pay attention to the fleeting moments we often overlook.
