More questions than answers surrounding mass overdose incident

It has been one week since the mass overdose in the Penn-North area that sent 27 people to the hospital. According to sources close to the investigation, Baltimore police are raising concerns about recently released lab results reportedly connected to the mass overdose at Penn North. The results are being widely reported by local news organizations as Baltimore Police are conducting a probe and doing their own lab work on substances found at the scene. 11 News investigate learned police did not send material to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for analysis and that Baltimore police cannot confirm where that sample came from. Baltimore police told 11 News the investigation remains active and their lab tests have not yet revealed the cause. WBAL-TV visited the area Thursday to see what's changed
