Brandy Wagoner opened her door after ordering pizza, but was surprised to see who was delivering it. A police officer holding her pizza informed Wagoner that her GrubHub driver had been arrested. It turned out the delivery man was put in handcuffs after a traffic stop, but the cops wanted to deliver the pepperoni pizza. Wagoner tells Inside Edition that she is thankful to the Tempe, Arizona, police department for delivering her order.
