Note: Before you say anything about me trying to stop the seizure, I was merely supporting him on his side and trying to prevent his claws from hitting his face. This is from Mar 2020 when he missed his dose of Leviteracetam. He has been on his meds since Dec 2019 when he had been having those attacks with unexplained etiology. He is healthy and living his best life as a home cat at present because of his blindness (feral cat tried to eat them when he got dumped on the streets with his siblings when they were as small as mices)
Back when he was just starting to have these seizure episodes, I thought at first he was only having a bad dream. He would wake up from his sleep at night, and would run around like something is chasing him or he is chasing something. Then he would cry afterwards, be extremely cuddly and would suddenly look for food even if he just ate. Until it became like weak twitches (see first video I posted), and stronger ones like this when he missed his dose. I am putting this up here to guide cat moms like me who have no idea what seizure in cats might look like. Don't forget to bring them to the vet once your cat experiences this for the first time.
