A tractor-trailer overturned Friday morning in the median of Interstate 95 in Howard County. Maryland Department of Transportation cameras showed the tractor-trailer on its side near Montgomery Road, that's between the Interstate 895 and Maryland Route 100 exits. As 7:30 a.m., CHART showed the left two lanes closed in each direction as emergency crews respond. The two right lanes were getting by the scene in each direction.
