Windows 11 final (Build 22000.258) running on Intel Pentium 4

Retesting with the final Windows 11 build, specifically the first patch tuesday build. Also used a sightly upgraded machine with SSD, sadly i couldn't record the full OS booting process since my capture card was complaining about video out of range errors. Installed using Windows 10 PE installer, will do futher tests later, boot drive is HDD.

Machine specs:

Intel Pentium 4 661 3.6 GHz (Cedar Mill)
ASUS P5Q motherboard
4 GB DDR2 800 (all 4 GB usable this time)
Nvidia Geforce GT 710 2 GB DDR3
Micron RealSSD C400 120 GB
