Hey guys, welcome back to NEXTGENBLOGGER and in this video I want to show you how to add subtitles automatically to video in Premiere Pro. Now to start off, I've already opened up Premiere Pro and I've also imported my demo video in the timeline. So this is my demo video present right here.
Now first let me quickly play the video for you. Now if you want to add subtitles automatically to the video, what you need to do is you need to first select the video. Next, go to the 'Window' menu.
Next select this option that is 'Text'. Next click on this 'Transcript' tab which is present right here. Next click on this 'Transcribe' button.
Next click on this option that is 'Create captions'. Next click on this 'Create captions' button and that's it. And so now if I play the video for you right from the start.

So as you can see, we have successfully added subtitles to the video. Now if you want, you can change the font, size or placement of the subtitles by going to the 'Properties' window.
So go to the 'Window' menu and select this option that is 'Properties'. Now select all the subtitles like this. And now you can easily change the font, size, placement of the subtitles.
