❄️ Light snow remains possible over high-lying areas of the Cape, southern Drakensberg, and Lesotho.

🟡Yellow Level 4: Disruptive rainfall leading to flooding of roads and danger to life due to fast flowing streams over low-lying bridges is expected over the western parts of the Western Cape.
🟡Yellow Level 2: Damaging winds leading to difficulty in navigating at sea and localised disruptions to small ports and coastal towns are expected between Saldanha Bay and Cape Agulhas as well as along the coast between Plettenberg Bay and East London.
🟡Yellow Level 2: Damaging waves leading to damages to coastal infrastructure and disruption to beachfront activities are expected along the coast between Plettenberg Bay and East London.
🟡Yellow Level 1: Disruptive snow leading to loss of livestock, passes closed and traffic disruptions due to snow and icy roads is expected in places over the north-eastern parts of the Eastern Cape

Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Ba-Phalaborwa local municipality in Limpopo.

The public and small stock farmers are advised that very cold, wet and windy conditions are expected over the western and central interior of the Western Capeas well as over the southern parts of Namakwa (Northern Cape) and the eastern interior of the Western Cape from tomorrow, while to the western escarpment of Namakwa on Saturday into Sunday (05-07/07/2025).
