Two helicopters are airlifted into the Netherlands in anticipation of transporting President Donald Trump to the NATO summit in The Hague. One VH-3 Sea King will take the callsign 'Marine One' while the Commander-in-Chief is on board, while the other will act as a decoy.
US Air Force C-17A Globemaster IIIs flew the US Marine Corps VH-3D Sea Kings into Amsterdam Schipol Airport, where they were unloaded and assembled ready for flight. They have both come from Marine Corps Air Station Quantico in Virginia.
US President Donald Trump is expected to join other NATO world leaders during the 76th summit of the alliance, taking place in The Hague. Security is expected to be extremely tight around the area, as police forces and military are deployed to secure venues, hotels and airports.
