The Baltimore Ravens are underway with their second phase of a three-year renovation project at M&T Bank Stadium. On Thursday, the Ravens took 11 News behind the scenes at the upgrades. A new gameday experience is in the works for the Ravens Flock. There's also a new plan to bring fans in year-round. That plan centers around two large structures set to flank the gates at the North Plaza, one of which will have space for retail and hospitality, featuring a jersey customization shop. The other is an open-air tailgate and concert venue.
