Former Arkansas police chief Grant Hardin has escaped from prison. Eight years ago, Hardin pulled up to a car and shot the driver in the head with a shotgun. He was also convicted of raping a teacher. Hardin is the second high-profile jailbreak recently, coming on the heels of the notorious escape in New Orleans. Three more inmates were captured over Memorial Day weekend. Two of the 10 are still on the lam.
