A bystander walking on a street in Southwest Baltimore was shot in what police called a suspected road rage incident. City police said officers were called around 7:12 p.m. Monday to the 2700 block of Wegworth Lane, where two cars collided. Before the crash, a person was shooting out of the passenger side of one of the vehicles, and it's believed that the bystander, an 18-year-old man, was shot in the wrist. He arrived at a hospital as police were investigating the crash, and is stable, police said.
