Baltimore police took a man into custody after a reported explosion Monday afternoon. City police told 11 News that officers took a 46-year-old man into custody after officers and fire officials were called around 12:40 p.m. for an "explosion" on South Gilmor Street. Fire officials said firefighters arrived at 12:44 p.m. and found a "small explosion in a trash can."
