Chilling new footage has been released of the plane that crashed into a military housing neighborhood in San Diego. Ben and Srujana McCarty grabbed their two kids and their pets and fled for their lives. Footage shows their next-door neighbors coming to their rescue using a ladder. Authorities say the twin-engined jet hit a power line in foggy weather as it was coming in for a landing. The pilot made a haunting radio transmission after receiving a weather alert moments before the disaster.
