Baltimore City's Health Department wants to get life-saving items to the public, and they've started using a vending machine to do it. The harm reduction vending machine provides products like Narcan, fentanyl and xylazine test strips for free to reduce the spread of infections and prevent overdoses. The vending machine, located in East Baltimore, had passersby surprised that it wasn't filled with chips or candy.
