The Merritt Clubs Canton has been condemned, 11 News learned Friday night. Part of the roof blew off after Friday's storms brought hail, heavy rain and damaging winds to the Baltimore region. Video from a viewer shows what the inside of the building looked like after the roof fell off, which showed water pouring down walls and flooding the floor of the building.
