Baltimore City leaders believe current housing laws discriminate and have done so for years, setting the city back when it comes to housing growth. Mayor Brandon Scott and the Baltimore City Council announced a package of bills that will address zoning rules on housing. The goal is to remove barriers and create more housing in the city.
