Baltimore police arrested three men after Wednesday night's fatal shooting of a teenager. City police said officers found a 19-year-old man who was shot in the leg in the 3500 block of Brehms Lane. Officers then stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Mannasota and Brendan avenues, where they found a 15-year-old boy suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
