Do you have a Real ID? The deadline is May 7 to have a Real ID in order to board domestic flights or access certain federal facilities. Without it, you'll need a passport. Even infrequent travelers are encouraged to get a Real ID for emergencies or unexpected travel needs. Marylanders can find out whether their driver's license or identification card is Real ID compliant at the Motor Vehicle Administration's website.
