A man is accused of running down a sheriff's deputy in Ohio. Rodney Hinton Jr., 38, faced a judge, while dozens of deputies filled the court room in a display of support. The sheriff says the fallen deputy had been retired after 33 years, but was helping the department direct traffic for a graduation ceremony. Prosecutors say the act was intentional.
