"Dusty Animals" is a song I wrote in the hope that it resonates with others. It speaks about the future, about that moment when, if we continue to view animals as inferior beings, they will end up becoming: "dusty animals" in a corner of our home or shown in a Museum.
If we do not respect them to the extent that we claim to be worthy of, these creatures, who could teach us so much, risk disappearing, reduced to mere memories. One day, perhaps, we will realize that in our quest to be "human," we have left them behind.
