Wales and many parts of England get off to a sunny start as the day begins, but further north it will be overcast first thing with some rain in Scotland. As the morning turns into afternoon the cloud lifts in most parts of the UK, but northern Scotland holds on to the cloud though the morning rain does recede. - This is the Met Office UK Weather forecast for the morning of 28/04/2025.
