A Severna Park man was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with eight criminal counts after officials said he set his neighbor's house on fire two weeks ago. Aaron Keel, 59, is charged with five felonies and other counts. The victim's home is on Belhaven Court in the Severndale neighborhood. The suspect lives nearby, and the school dumpster where the man allegedly left the evidence is across the street.
