A witness to last week's deadly police shooting considers the shooting justified despite the victim's family's questions surrounding the incident. Arvel Jones Sr., 51, of Arbutus, was wearing a ski mask and armed with a bow and arrow when an officer shot him Wednesday. The witness who spoke up could be key to the incident because there is no police body camera video.
