Baltimore police have identified a person of interest in connection with an explosion at a shopping center. City police said officers were called around 2 p.m. Sunday to the 6300 block of Eastern Avenue, near the Wendy's and Home Depot. Police said a man detonated an unspecified device near people. The man and the people fled, police said.
