Additional law enforcement agencies told 11 News that they will not help PSEG get access to land against the landowner's wishes for the company's power line project. It comes as the New Jersey firm behind the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project trying to construct a massive power line across three Maryland counties and on private property filed new complaints in the case.
