Child among 11 dead in Vancouver car ramming

A SUSPECT has been charged after 11 people, including a five-year-old child, were killed when a car ploughed into a Vancouver festival crowd.

Kai-Ji Adam Lo, 30, is charged with eight counts of second degree murder, although cops say "further charges are anticipated".
