Anyone driving to Fells Point will want to know about a new street parking policy. A virtual overnight parking ban took into effect over the weekend along Broadway and Thames, where no parking is allowed from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. Fridays through Sundays. Residents and business owners who spoke with 11 News said the area is the most popular stretch, and the hours are the busiest times for the neighborhood.
