What started as an idea to make homeownership an attainable reality is now a life-changing operation. On Friday, Live Baltimore and Mayor Brandon Scott celebrated a financial feat for the Buy Back the Block grant program. The idea was to eliminate hurdles to homeownership for first-time buyers while also giving them a sense of pride in their neighborhood.
