Deputies will not intervene for Piedmont Reliability Project

The Carroll County sheriff said his department will not get involved in a company's fight for land access as part of the Piedmont Reliability Project. On Wednesday, the Carroll County sheriff said his deputies will not intervene on behalf of the company.
