Baltimore County police officers fatally shot a man who was carrying a bow and arrow on streets in the Arbutus area Wednesday morning. A resident's doorbell camera captured video in the moments before the shooting that appears to show man wearing a mask walking on Leeds Avenue, carrying a bow and arrow. Residents told 11 News they called 911, and police officers confronted the man at Leeds and North avenues, where he was shot.
